This course is part of City & Guilds Assured Certificate in Food Business Start-up.

Introduction:

We have been providing cake making class many years and we are the pioneer of cake making or making cake training academy.  Our chefs are senior and know how.  If you want to learn all the classic, solid knowledge and skills, this cake making or making cake course is for you.  With this course, you will learn to make cake the chef way from classic to modern techniques.

Fees:

  • HK$5,100
  • Student needs to prepare the following items and deposit on the start day.
    • Deposit of chef uniform sets total $402
       (By cash, including chef jakcet($300), apron($50), big towel($30),spoon & fork ($10,no return) and chef hat($12,no return))
    • 7" cake mould$30
    • Cake box $12
    • Two new kitchen clothes with different colours$12

Introduction:

  • Students can learn different kinds of cakes from basics to professionals. Students can get the basic skills of making cake & basic chocolates,

  • Cherry Yogurt Cake
  • Peach Cheese Cake
  • Cream Brulee & New York Cheese Cake
  • Black Forest Cake
  • Coffee Sponge Cake, Tiramisu Cheese Cake
  • Carrot Cheese Cake
  • Chocolate & Hazelnut Mousse
  • Banana Chocolate Tart

Instructor:

  • Mr Kong has been working in the industry over 45 years, his students are working for famous hotels in bakery and pastry.

Make-up: This course do not provide make-up classes.

Course Arrangement:

  • 8 lessons, 3 hours per lesson

  • Medium of Instruction: Cantonese (supplement with English and French terminology)

  • Maximum no. 24

  • Assessments: Not Applicable

  • Awards: "Attendance Certificate in Cakes & Dessert" (Attendance: 75% or above)  Award will be issued within 3 months.
