Introduction:
This course is designed for students who wish to create delicious cakes and desserts using vegan ingredients. The course will teach how to use plant-based ingredients to make desserts that rival traditional ones. During the course, students will learn various vegan baking techniques, including cake making, decoration, and preservation. Emphasis is placed on hands-on practice, and each student will have the opportunity to create and taste their own work.
