Introduction:

• Student can learnt to make Pandan Mooncake that has been very popular recent in Hong Kong.

Content:

• Techniques of shaping, resting and baking
• learn the use of ingredientsand different grading of ingredients
• follow the recipe of famous 5 star hotels moon cake production

Instructor:

• Instructor has been working in the industry over 45 years, his students are working for famous hotels in bakery and pastry.

Course Arrangement:

• Total 1 Lesson, 3 hours per lesson.
• Medium of Instruction: Cantonese (supplement with English and French terminology), English intrepreter will be availabe upon request at extra cost of $400 per session.
• Maximum no. 16
• Assessments: Not Applicable
• Awards: "Certification in Pandan Workshop" (Attendance: 75% or above)  Award will be issued within 3 months.
