Future Chef Challenge 2018 (12-13 Jan 2018)

Our cookery competition 'Future Chef Challenge 2018' was successfully completed.  All participants have shown their best to be the winner. 

There were 17 participants joined the category of Western Hot Cooking and 13 participants joined the category of Pastry.  Base on the scoring of our three judges, the results of Western Hot Cooking are: The Gold Award is Cheng Tsz Chung, Raymond(Yr 1), the Silver Award is Choi Chi Lam, Wilson(Yr 2), the Bronze Awards are Cheung Siu Fung, Eric(Yr1) and Kok Fu Keung, Harry(Yr 2). 

While for the Pastry, the results are: The Gold Award is Tsang Tsz Wing, Tim(Yr 2), the Silver Award is Choi Kwan Yin, Ivan(Yr 2) and the Bronze Awards is Man Yee Ting, Erin(Yr1).

Congratulations to all the above students for getting the good results.  We also thank all the participants for their efforts on this competition.
