HOFEX – Asia’s Leading Food & Hospitality Tradeshow. One of the event, Hong Kong International Culinary Classic(HKICC), is endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies. Our school always encourage our students to participate in public competition to improve their skills and gain more experience. This year our students also participated in some of the competitions. All candidates have spent lots of their time in practicing to achieve perfect in the competition. One of our students, Choi Chi Lam Wilson, even got the Bronze award in the category of Western Cuisine - Hot Cooking(U25 Apprentices).
